Town & Country Building Services, Inc., was founded by Keith Phillips in the spring of 1978 as a full service office cleaning company. Our first location was the old historic Corrigan Building in downtown Kansas City at 18th and Walnut. Today, our offices are at 1828 Swift in North Kansas City. Keith Phillips continues as the President and Owner.

Over the past 30 years, we have provided personalized and dependable janitorial services at fair and competitive prices.
