Some frequently asked questions from new or prospecting customers:

What sets Town & Country apart from other cleaning companies?

There is no janitorial service that is more committed to quality than Town & Country. Quality is the reason we’ve been in business for 40 years.

As our customer, you can expect us to follow up with you on a regular basis to make sure that you are happy (not just satisfied) with the cleaning service that we provide.

If for any reason you are not happy, we are committed to making whatever changes are necessary to turn you into a happy customer.

How much of the Kansas City metro area do you service?

We currently serve north to south from Liberty to Olathe, and east to west from Kansas City, KS to Lee’s Summit.

When do you invoice?

We send an invoice at the beginning of each month, for that month’s cleanings. Payment is due at the end of the month.

How often should I get cleaned?

That is entirely up to you! Some of our clients have us clean their offices 7 days a week, some every-other week.

What kind of insurance do you carry?

All of our cleaning crews are covered under Worker’s Compensation Insurance, Liability Insurance, and our company is bonded.

Will I see the same cleaner each time?

Yes! As the famous saying goes – “If it isn’t broken, don’t fix it!”  If you are happy with the cleanings that you receive, the same people will continue to clean for you each time.
